This includes from the E980 up to the latest Polyvac 2000 types to the point where production was stopped.</div> <bR> <div> There are no hardware modifications needed for this upgrade. It simply connects to an available serial port on the P.C.</div> <bR> <div> The Winspark system offers the following advantages :-</div> <bR> <div> Operates on any Windows system from Windows 98 up to and including Vista. It works very well on the XP platform and installs easily.</div> <bR> <div> PC-Plus was written in Quickbasic, a product that was stopped in the mid 80's</div> <div> Winspark is written using current Microsoft products.</div> <bR> <div> PC-Plus suffered from a lack of memory being available to the user as Quickbasic</div> <div> had severe limitations. Winspark does not have these restrictions.</div> <bR> <div> Winspark is fully network compliant and has a SQL server module allowing results to be transferred to a SQL database either automatically or at the click of a button.</div> <bR> <div> PC-Plus uses a case sensitive 3 letter command text method to operate the system. Winspark uses a 'point and click' system as per all regular windows prgrams these days. Function keys may also be used as an alternative.</div> <bR> <div> Winspark contains a sophisticated calibration program with up to 3 degree regression analysis. This also includes inter-element effect calculation and a database of common standards. This takes away the need for making polygons and brings calibration within easy reach of the users.</div> <bR> <div> Type standardisation (both rotational and additive) available along with the 'compound command' concept.</div> <bR> <div> Multiple internal standard elements also possible</div> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
